Summer Shipping Policy

Our number one goal with every shipped order is that you get your order without any hitches. 

After extensive testing we found that our candle blend of soy, coconut, and beeswax wax is the best combination in order for us to have our candles smelling their best and burning cleanly. That being said, this wax combination that we use has a very low melting point which makes shipping them in the summer a challenge. Our wax melts have similar issues.

In order for your candles and wax melts to not be delivered melted when the temperature rises we wrap our candles and wax melts in bubble insulation and add cool packs to the bag/box they're delivered in. Due to these extra materials we have added an additional shipping fee that covers these additional costs. 

Orders may have longer processing/ shipping times as well. All orders will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to insure that they do not sit in a van/ warehouse over the weekend. Depending on the shipping time we may hold your order until Monday. 

All these additional fees and shipping policies will go into effect May 1st and will last until October 1st.
